Help!!! Pip Hole on the Bottom!

Oh, okay, I see. I'm pretty sure it's fine, but if you're really worried, just open the 'bator real fast and flip the egg over carefully.
Thanks!!!

I will probably see how it's doing in the morning, and go from there. I don't want to open the incubator unless I really, REALLY have to.

Got up this morning and one chick has hatched! But the pipped egg in question was rolled a bit, and looked as if the hole was completely covered. :( I reached in quick and gave it a little turn. I don't see any more movement. I'm hoping it's just a tired chick resting, and not a suffocated chick.

I'm going to be a crazy worry wort now!

Yay on the hatched chick! Ours hatched this morning too! We were up till 2 am waiting on this little thing! And she hatched while we were asleep of course!!

How's the egg doing? Any movement? Congrats on the one chick though!

It hatched!!!!!!!! And the best part is that I happened to get it on video, too. :) PHEW! Thank you for the words of reassurance!

Of course!!! I went to bed expecting that nothing would hatch until tonight - of course, I woke up to one already out! Plus this one, and another has hatched since. Just waiting on one more pip! Have three other eggs in there, but nothing has happened. They were too dark to candle, so I don't know if they were even viable. I'll give them a couple more days and see what happens.

That's great u got it on video!! This is our second batch to hatch and I got the first batch on video. My 5 year old daughter got to see this last baby hatch and she was amazed! We've had 6 total hatch a few more in the bator so hoping for them to hatch!! The araucans are the cutest things ever!!
