Help please :) - Acting up again!!!

I keep getting a message saying that my imbox is too full to send another PM and it's only 6% full, containing only three messages in imbox, and three in sent (I just deleted a ton!). Does anyone know what to do?

it may also have to "reset" and it may only do that once daily.

Have you checked your sent messages? Those are included.

Yes, I deleted all but four! I have my inbox AND sent both only 6% full.

Here's what microsoft support always says to do: Turn off your computer, and then turn it back on.

(probably won't help, I just thought I'd mention it).

Just tried sending a reply to a message I recieved and it said my imbox is full. Both imbox and sent are at 22% What to do?
