Check to make sure her crop is emptying.

Releasing the air from the air sac shouldn't affect the crop, so I would do it again.It’s back!her crop is full, do I wait until that has emptied before I do it again?
The video shown in post 9 really is good to show how a leaking or ruptured air sac is deflated with a needle. I had a 2 week old chick who got bumped somehow, and his right side was all inflated like a balloon. I had to attempt deflating with a 22 gauge needle (use an 18 gauge if you can get one) several times. Pressing the air out at they do in the video helps. The air can come back and reinflate, but you do repeat it again.

I would say it's a ruptured air sac. See if releasing the air will make a difference.
