Is this a bad egg or is it normal, its a duck egg and we are currently on day 19! None of the others are like this, Help :(HURRY

That usually means a bad egg. Have you candles or sniffed it? I could be wrong, so don't toss it in my advice. Hopefully someone else can help too.

Yes it doesnt smell bad at all but when we candled it it didnt move and the air sac was funny, 3/5 moved but as we are on day 20 im going to wait before throwing any out as they didnt have much space to move, fingers crossed they are ok!😊
 
As the eggs are hatching the shells pick up moisture and develop dark spots. This happens to both good and bad eggs. Don't throw it away, wait and see.

If you are saying that each duckling doesn't have much space to move within its egg, that could be a problem. Each egg should lose a noticable amount of moisture throughout the hatching period. See this link from Cornell, scroll down to water loss discussion:

If your humidity is too high, the duckling will fill the shell and not have enough room to be able to turn to chip its way out. Then you will have to help. See this link from Metzer Hatchery:
