Your black & white cockeral is stunning! Could he be a birchen Cemani? Though with that comb/tuft I'm thinking more likely a cross-breed (though I'm no expert). I think he's lovely.

Oh man, I feel your pain. I got 6 chicks last spring, 5 ended up being roosters. Luckily I have a friend that free ranges a lot of hens and took 4. Of course I kept one roo and my hen. those roosters are beautiful.
