Help Please cannot access app pn tablet

I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 and I can't get on every time I try it says the username and password does not match but I can go on my desktop and it works perfectly fine. I don't understand what I might be doing wrong. Is anyone else experiencing this.

Maybe give it a try with logging in using your email address vs. your username.

If that doesn't work, you may need to reset your password while logged into the desktop and then use that for logging into mobile.
