Help please chick with a weird leg

I have an almost 1 month old rooster chick that has a weird leg. I'm not sure if it's splayed leg or not. I'm not sure how to fix it or if it's fixable. Today I noticed he was lying down a lot more and the leg seems to be bowing/turning out more when he walks. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
