Help Please! chick with distended crop

On the other side of the board I asked a 'runt' 3 1/2 week old Isa brown chick who seemed off. She seemed to perk up yeasterday after raising the temperature and some treats but now I notice she has a distended crop, soft but quite large and all on the right side. She is again looking listless. What can we do? Please?

It is where she stores the food. It will go down in the morning. Try putting a little sugar in her water and see if she perks up! Good luck! I hope it gets better!!

It's been like this for at least a couple of days. She doesn't seem to eat or drink at this point.
