Help please chicken intestines or yolk sac

That does unfortunately look like intestines. There isn't much you can do. You can try to push them back in and put a bit of neosporin (no pain killer) on it but they've already been exposed to bacteria.

So sorry.

Anyone know why this happens ?
I’ve had 20/23 eggs hatch - I think the other 3 didn’t fill their eggs but have left
19 look very healthy but this one is maybe unlucky

Usually it's genetics, or the eggs being to hot during incubation (faster development leads to deformities).
