Help please ! Chicken is not well

My chicken, Jackie, is not doing well . Her abdomen is swollen , her comb is floppy , her appetite for normal food is gone. I fed her molasse water about a week and a half ago the again a few days later and again today but no improvement , I think she has constipation but am very unsure ... please help ,
Please, what is her age and breed, her normal feed and any supplement or treats, when was the last time she laid?

Quit throwing fixes without identifying the issue... please! You can mask symptoms and cause more issues. Molasses can be a laxative and might cause more harm than benefit... ACV will have NO benefit if it isn't raw and unfiltered with Mother... Also.. what is "some"... add some acv??? Seems too vague for my personal liking.

Have you had a fecal float done? what does her dropping look like? Are you able to seek veterinary care? What is your location? Adding it in to your profile can help folks make their best suggestions possible at a glance.

Egg binding and blockage are deadly fast... within 48 hours... sounds to me like she MIGHT be suffering from internal laying or other reproductive disorder.. egg yolk peritonitis, ascites (water belly), etc..

Where is she staying when her tail is pumping? In the lay box, out in the yard, on roost??

she’s eating some watered down pellets , calcium powder, and some breadcrumbs.
Eliminate the bread crumbs... They're crap even for people.

Hope you get some answers and she starts to improve quickly! :fl

I can’t get veterinary care. I live in Devon , England . (I don’t know how to add location to profile ) she eats normal layers pellets that I added water to so she would eat them . When her tail was pumping she was in her crate which was a nest box for her .

Also I am unsure of her breed but was told she’s a Rhode Island Red . And roughly 1 1/2 . I don’t know her exact age cause we took her in from a farm

This is like the 5th thread the OP has going.
Anyway, I'm sorry she's not getting any better. As suggested, she likely has a reproductive disorder.
Swelling of the abdomen along with other symptoms mentioned in the other threads make me think she is not doing well.

If she is not able to eat/drink on her own and looks like she's in misery, then it would be a kindness to put her down.
If she's able to eat/drink, can move around/is fairly active and the other hens are not bothering her, then I would leave her with the flock and see how it goes.
Sadly, with reproductive problems, there is no cure. Sometimes supportive care can give them short term relief. Medications could help with mild symptoms and prolong life, but again usually it's a short term palliative measure. Being able to recognize this is very important - you need to be able to tell when the hen has had enough.
