Help please ! Chicken is not well

My chicken, Jackie, is not doing well . Her abdomen is swollen , her comb is floppy , her appetite for normal food is gone. I fed her molasse water about a week and a half ago the again a few days later and again today but no improvement , I think she has constipation but am very unsure ... please help ,

Could she be egg bound? If you push firmly on her abdomen can you feel an egg? Approximately how old is she?

I think she is egg bound I’m sat with her now and she’s eating some watered down pellets , calcium powder, and some breadcrumbs. I gave her a bath then sat with her in a towel and she’s in a crate now .

She keeps pulsing her vent area as if she’s trying to lay an egg...

It sounds like you are doing the best you can for now. When you gave her a bath did you let her soak for a while? I know usually people soak their birds in an Epsom salt bath for a while when they're having issues laying.

Yeh I soaked her for awhile she seems a little bit better tho , I’m giving her another tomorrow

That sounds great, hopefully she will be able to pass her egg without too much more trouble.

add some apple sider vineger into her water and hopefully she gets better
