IMO there is nothing really you can do..
I never honsetly worried about air cells myself.

I don't worry about it either.... were they the same exact age(laid same day) when they were put in?

I am new to this whole thing but with four different incubations, I found that leaving them alone was the way to go. I did not micromanage the humidity or temp. I found that if you are using 36-50% humidity during incubation and 99.5-100.3 temps I had good results from shipped eggs. I did raise the humidity to like 63-68% during hatch. I let nature do the rest.

My advise is...... put away the text book on air cells...

I set a batch of a few different breeds and had the same problem. My mutts and ameraucanas plus the bcms that were shipped all had about the same size. The blue andalusians that were shipped had an aircell that took up about half of the egg at lockdown. I was really worried about them but they have almost all hatched. 5/6 are out and healthy and the 6th is pipping so I wouldnt worry about it. Yours dont seem to be off that much anyway. They will probably do just fine. Good luck!!!

I just finished a hatch, and they had all different size air cells, and all different shapes too. 14 out of 16 hatched, so the differences in air cells didn't affect the success of the hatch at all.
