Help please! Dizzy head shaking chickens

Hey guys weeks passed and they are the same I put them back with the other hens and it seems to be contagious also in the feces of one of the chickens I found a little white worm and the chickens seem to scratch their head lately I also bought a de wormer

Poor chicks, I hope the dewormer helps, if it doesn't then it could be a type of worm not covered by whatever particular dewormer you used. So if it doesn't help post a pic of the worms maybe. I'm sure someone here knows what kind of dewormers help with which worms.
