I woke up this morning to find this egg had pipped under the egg( towards the floor).
The egg has been hopping around and making quite a bit of noise chirping.
I quickly opened the incubator and turned the egg so the pip was up.
That's when i noticed the yellow/ brown/ black membrane😳
I can see the chick still breathing and moving around but I'm not sure if it's able to make any more progress due to the dried out membrane.
What should I do?? Leave it be or help??
Today is day 21 in the incubator. It pipped sometime during the night when I was sleeping.
Thank you!!!

I’m not super experienced with hatching, but I would personally leave it to try hatching naturally for a while longer. What’s the humidity?

I give it day 22 then at the end of day 22 I intervene. I know some say never but I just saved three chicks this year doing that. It’s important I think to carefully and quickly remove egg and membrane partially. I then let them sit in the incubator until they are fairly dry. I put them in the incubator when the can move and stand up. The other chicks help them get moving and eating/drinking

Thank you. I don't really want to assist unless absolutely necessary and at the last possible minute only.
I will monitor it today and pray it progresses on it's own.
I don't want to compromise any of the other eggs either by opening up the bator again.

You can open the incubator just top off your waters with warm water.
I usually never have sticky chicks, however in my hatch today I have a couple.
My water had run out during the incubating a day or two and that's what I think caused it. It isn't caused by lockdown humidity.
Your chick may be stuck, but it may be fine, but some are lost at this time.
Later on, if it doesn't make progress, you can gently wet the membrane.
