HELP PLEASE! Duckling hatching issues

I’m hatching ducklings again this year, but for some reason a couple of them are having issues. One of them looks horrible, when I touch it it’s feathers are super hard and like the membrane is dried to it or something. It can hardly move. How can I clean that membrane off??? And help it?? Warm water?? It just hatched. Please help!!!

I use warm water, but make sure it doesn't get chilled.

Use warm water, if they're hatching - don't touch them, make sure the incubator has water in it, don't open the incubator, make sure the temp is working, and leave the baby alone. It may have shrunk, be careful
