Hello all, I have a 3yr old african/dark Chinese gander that's acting off. Here are the symptoms:
-unusually quiet
-really small stool with mostly urates(whites)
-slight tail bobbing
-slightly wobbly
-unable to eat
-standing really still then occasionally freaking out
He usually LOVES mealworms or scratch, but for some reason he seems unable to eat on his own. He's interested in the food and is attempting to nibble, but his mouth isn't opening, if that makes sense. I crushed some dried mealworms and put them in his mouth and he swallowed that up and seemed to enjoy it. Managed to feed him about 1/4 cup of that. He's the only goose in my chicken dominated flock and has been since he was a gosling. The main feed available are fermented grains supplemented with gamebird protein crumble (28%) and occasionally some brewers yeast. Plenty of deep bucket waterers for him to drink from. He's also had foamy eye that we've managed for about 2yrs now. Any advice would be greatly appreciated
