OH my gosh, ok.
Step one: Clean the wound very carefully with a damp, soft sponge or paper towel and warm water, then flush with saline solution.
Step two: clip the feathers around the wound so that you have an easier job seeing what's going on and working on it. Also try to clean up any blood on remaining feathers to help decrease confusion.
Please take pictures after everything is cleaned up. Keep her inside in a warm environment with towels as bedding. Put electrolytes in her water (sav a chick or nutri drench are popular brands) and make her food into a wet mash.
