One chick is smaller than the other has trouble pooping not as active as his siblings he has trouble balancing when I put him on the ground he has to take a second to properly stand up

Yes he did have that but I cleaned it

If the chick is constipated you can give it some coconut oil to help get things moving. Freeze or refrigerate 1 tsp of coconut oil til it's firm then break it up into small pieces and put in the chicks beak, it should swallow it. Try to give it the whole amount. Continue to check the vent to make sure it hasn't pasted again, and keep it cleaned up.
There could be an issue internally that can't be seen, some chicks just don't make it, but if it's just constipated then this may help. If it's still having issues you can give it more later today or tomorrow again.
