Help please...hens or roos?

I was told that BR roos are lighter in color then the hens. I may be mistaken though. Mine are really light and my hens are dark and they dont have the barring as nicely as the roos. IMO...

Well after all your input I have decided that Poppy is a hen, because she is a Golden Sex-link, and a roo would be white..right?
And so many of you have said that Daisy, my Barred Rock, looks just like your pullets, so I'm going with hen for her too.
The verdict is still out on Rose, my RIR.
I'm really hoping to not hear any crowing coming from the coop.

They look like pullets, but it is sometimes hard to tell how much color the combs are showing because of the flash.
