Help please my female bobwhite has been sick for 2 weeks

How do I give my female quail nutri drench?I just bought it hoping it makes her feel better she hasn't been eating or drinking much and has been getting weaker since a week ago any help or advice would be nice

Try with a small syringe, ND + water mixture, drop wise on the side of her beak.
What does her droppings look like? Is she having any respiratory symptoms? Is she 'fluffed up' in appearance and have her neck retracted and eyes closed? Has she lost alot of weight? How old is she? What are her accommodations like, size, bedding material, etc? Is she the only quail?

From the pic above it doesn't look good for a positive outcome.

do you know how to do the mixture with water? its a bit confusing to me its my first time giving my quail any meds ive been trying to do the drops directly in the side beak.

shes 3 yrs old
shes an indoor quail along with 2 other male bobwhites they free roam the house when im home but if not there in my room they have there own section for bathing in sand food/water place to lay eggs
but at the moment i have her in a 30 gal storage tote with timoothy hay as bedding and a lil heater with her inside

I usually put 1 drop in the syringe then the rest is water. Putting it full strength is ok but they don't take it as easily as the mixture.
You say her droppings are watery and white, is there any yellowish with white streaks droppings?

streaks? like mucus looking?
she either poops a small amount of wet white poop with black poop or vice versa or just a baby poop of blackness
