We just got baby chicks for the first time yesterday. They have a warming brooder and most are happy. However, I have one chick that seems blind. He walks into everything and doesn’t walk anywhere purposefully. He also is walking around chirping loudly when while the other chicks are quiet and under the brooder or eating. Any ideas on what could be wrong?

It sounds like he is looking for something. Be sure he knows where everything is. I don't know if he is blind what to do.

As suggested, a video would be good. Upload to youtube and provide a link.
If video is not possible, can you get some photos of the chick and her eyes? A photo of your brooder set-up too please.
How old are the chicks?

Chirping loudly she's in distress. Does she settle down if you hold her?
If you have Poultry Nutri-Drench, give her 1-2 drops twice a day.

Is it eating and drinking ok?

I’ll try to get a video of it today. She seems very startled when I pick her up but doesn’t chirp too loudly.

I see what looks like red lighting as well? Are you using a heat lamp in addition to the brooder plate?
What's the temperature of the brooder where the food/water is?
