I am going to be incubating 30 Quail eggs...What should be temp and humidity range for little giant incubator with fan? When should i remove them from turner..etc..thanks

Temp and humidity would be the same regardless of species. But we can't tell you when to move them if we don't know what they are

The temp of an incubator with a fan should be as close to 100 as you can get. 99.5 is the recommendation, but 100 is close enough. Just be sure that you have a good hygrometer/thermometer and that you have calibrated it to make sure it's accurate.

Humidity should be about 45-55% during incubation, then up to 65% for the hatch.

Gamebirds seem to hatch better if the temp of the hatcher is 1 degree lower than the temp of the incubator. They will still hatch, but they seem to pop out faster.

If the eggs are buttons:

14-16 days to hatch
stop turning day 13

If the eggs are coturnix:

15-18 days to hatch
stop turning day 13

If the eggs are bobwhites:

21-24 days to hatch
stop turning day 20.

I don't know on other types, I'm sure someone will come along. Please tell us what you are hatching!!
