Hello everyone! I need some help sexing or just general guessing as the the genders of my little, 5wk old flock. The chooks in question are:
2 Lavender Orpingtons,
2 Jersey Giants
& 3 Easter Eggers.

The feed store we brought them home from said they were likely females (they were only 3days old at the time though.)

I know most people say to wait until 6-8wks to sex your chickens, but my family really needs to prepare in case more than one turns out to be a roo.😅 I've attached pictures with numbers and their breed. Please let me know what you think. Thank you!!

The combs on my Orpingtons are a super pale/light orangey pink. Hopefully they're females🙏😢
I know its hard to see from my photo but the pullet's comb is smaller at 8 weeks than yours are at one month so I think TheOddOneOut is correct

I know its lame. Out of four chicks I got two cockerels. Fortunately I already have a taker for them but that doesn't give me any more pullets haha

Oh dear... thank you so much. I hope there's still a chance they're female...😓 Otherwise, I'm not sure what we're gonna do! These are our little babies and my Orpington loves to just snuggle and perch on my shoulder. Not to mention, my family is deathly allergic to meat so culling is completely out of the question. We can't keep more than 1 rooster though. What a pickle
