Hello,
I have a small flock of 3 Delaware and 4 Hamburg hens.
Day before yesterday I noticed one of the Delaware's seemed to be struggling to breath, and sneezing and wheezing. She seemed to be still eating, drinking and pooping normally.
This morning when I let them all out of the hen house, one of the other large Delaware Hens attacked the sick one. It was pretty bad, she grabbed her by the comb and was holding her down.
I separated the sick one from the flock, and she is bleeding from the comb where it was ripped.
I'm not really sure what to do. This is the first problem I've had with my flock, which I've had for around 9 months now. The birds are all around 2 years old.
Any advice is greatly appreciated.
Thanks.
(I have a video of the chicken, but not sure how to post it)
