Help please. Strange fleshy balls in droppings.

These are from the pullets, correct?

I'd treat for Coccidiosis. Corid can be used.
Liquid Corid dose is 2tsp or Powdered Corid Dose is 1 1/2tsp per gallon of water given for 5-7 days as the only source of drinking water.
Do not add any extra vitamins/electrolytes that contain B1(Thiamine) to food or water during the course of treatment.

While I do agree, they somewhat look like tiny balls that may be Ovum and/or Follicles, I don't see any indication of Follicle membranes or blood vessels on the balls.

Yes, the first 3 are from the same droppings. I decided to not treat for cocci and at least monitor every ones droppings closley for a few days. There have been zero other bloody or irregular poops. I am assuming it was one of my new girls who just started laying. Everyone seems healthy and happy. I do have corid in case any symptoms appear/anyone becomes ill.
