Help please, tiny black spots on comb

Hi, I have a small flock and all my hens seem quite healthy but one of them has these tiny black spots on her comb. I've checked her for fleas, they are fed a grain mix, fermented in honey, garlic, chilli, tumeric and black pepper weekly and fed plenty of fresh veggies. She is still laying daily but has gone broody so I have to lock her out of the pen every afternoon. No bugs in the pen and they lay in cardboard boxes that get replaced weekly.

Looks like just some pigmentation, don't worry.
Skip the herbs, spices and honey in the feed, it's not beneficial to them and can be harmful, especially the garlic and chili flakes.
