Help please...Ventilation, condensation questions

Ooooh, be careful about that.

First, you will NOT get ventilation thru the floor if you have sufficient bedding on it; and if you do not have sufficient bedding on it you will regret it real fast b/c of the mess.

And second, if there is a raised wood floor, you are probably going to be starting a rat/mouse farm underneath it unless you are verrrry careful.
