Your two white colored ones are cockerels, while the brown colored one is a pullet.

There are actually 4 that look VERY VERY similar...just can't get them all to pose for camera at the same time...lol

If they are very similar looking, they are probably the same gender.

Question for anyone who sees it...

I think that all 4 ate cockrells, but 1 isn't growing much tail feathering yet. ..can it be a slow developer or do you think maybe it's a pullet?

What do the combs look like? That's the important part. If they all are as well developed and bright pink as the ones you have in the pictures, they are boys too.

They are bright red...so I'll conclude that I have 4 handsome cockrells...lol...thanks everyone!
