I think you might have to make so sort of brace that keeps his feet and legs apart.

I've seen splayed, but don't think I have seen crossed over like that... I would give a vitamin supplement boost and a day to find his feet on his own, just make sure he can't get trampled by others... if still having issues after a day, try splay leg hobbles...

Something slightly stiff between the hobbles might help... if it continues, hydrotherapy is all I can think of for it...

I personally think he just needs a little more time to find his legs.
The water therapy is a great suggestion. I'd wait till tomorrow.

He unfortunately passed away last night. I tried everything I could with him and I am thinking he had more wrong then I thought, but i tried everything he was progressing but just passed away last night.

Unfortunately, some just don't make it... we can't see inside to tell if things were not developed right, all you can do is your best, and you did...
