Help please!??

I have a Muscovy hen who has pecked at her piping egg to the point of it bleeding what do I do?

Can someone please tell us what we should do we do not want to loose this precious little Muscovy

this little one pipped about 5 hrs ago and momma Muscovy started breaking up the shell he still has about a penny sized yolk sack attached what do we do plz someone help this is our first baby we brought him in and placed him on a warm wet towel under a heat lamp to keep up humidity and also put some antibiotic ointment on the yolk sack and around can anyone please let us know what else we could do to try to save this little guy
