Help Please

Can anyone tell me what is wrong with my hen. She has only laid one egg this week and when I went to check I her today her crop is hairless and bright red. She seems to be acting normal.

How old is she. Possible she's going broody?

She is a year old.

Does her crop feel hard?

No it isn't hard. I took her food away for the night and morning to see if her crop goes down.

Make sure she has access to water always.
