They do have a different, firm texture and take longer to cook. Someone mentioned previously frozen eggs... not sure, but maybe that had something to do with it? Either way, looks super gross, but I doubt that you have anything to worry about Nothing sicks me out like un-cooked egg whites!Is there a reason why it didn't scramble up with the chicken eggs? Oh, I can beat that. My DH used to cook himself soft-boiled eggs. Runny yolk, undercooked whites, all put in a bowl and mushed with a fork.
