HELP PLEASE

If your chicken has Marek's disease know that it is not curable but she may live through it.
You should read up on chicken diseases and see just how easily they are spread and read up on BIOSECURITY.

The symptoms you describe sounds like it could be Marek's, but without testing, there is no way to know for sure. Other illnesses and conditions can sometimes look like Marek's too, so read the article referenced in the previous posts.

Can you post some photos of the poop?
What are you feeding your pullets?
Does she have any difficulty breathing or symptoms of respiratory illness?

She needs more room than that small tote. The food and water are full of bedding as well. Try putting her in a bigger space and elevating the foot and water to help keep the bedding out. Dehydration and poor nutrition can cause some of the symptoms you are seeing.

Offer her some B-Complex vitamins - 1/2tablet crushed into her feed daily for a week to see if she improves.
With more information and photos, we may be able to may better or different suggestions.
