HELP PLEASE

My hen hatched her ducklings about two days ago, there were three healthy babies.. Today when I went to pick up her leftover eggs, I found a duckling that had just hatched. The baby doesn't seem to act completely right and it's eyelids don't look completely right either. But, this baby is a fighter. It is responsive, it sits up in my hands and is very talkative.. I am not sure what to do with this baby. When i first found it I figured it wouldn't last longer than an hour. It has been well over half a day now. The baby is responsive and even drinks a little. I seem to have to keep its little eyes dampened to make sure that they don't get dried out.. Someone please help..

It looks extremely weak, I am surprised it even made it through this long. Can it open it’s eyes ?
Looks like it has crippled feet aswell too. Can it walk properly?

Can you get some Nutridrench for poultry? Do you have a brooder for it? It needs to be in a 90 degree brooder. Have you seen it poop yet?

When I found it, it was very responsive, but acted like it was cold..I took it inside with me and warmed it up.. It's hard to describe it's eyes, it looks like the eyelids didn't develop all of the way. But, when I wet it's little eyes, they start to open.. But the protective layer doesn't go back all of the way.. Then the eyes seem to dry up again..and it closes it's eyes again. The baby has been with me since eight this morning. Earlier it could stand up and was able to hold it's head up.. I gave it some water.. and it drank. It has continued to be very talkative.. Now though it doesn't seem to be able to lift it's head all of the way.. I am very heartbroken and I have no idea what to do other than just try to give it as much love and warmth as I can.. It just sits with it's beak tucked under my finger, sleeps and peeps A LOT...

Take a very soft, wet with warm water, cloth and ever so gently wipe the duckling's eyes. It may just have some egg goo sticking them shut.
