I would recommend between 40%-50%. I wouldnt worry if it got a bit lower but I wouuld try to not let it get higher. I personally wouldnt worry if it was 40% for the whole first 18 days.

That's a tricky question. If were to ask 20 people you are likely to get 20 different answers. What does your incubator instructions say? I know people who use no water for the first 15 days and add only the last 5 days.Other start high and finish high. One thing to remember that a lot of us tend to forget is that in colder climates when the furnace runs, there will be less moisture in the atmosphere so you will have to add more water to maintain the humidity. In the spring and summer you might have to add less water and vent more to get the humidity you want. But I do not have the answer you want. Just experiment and find what suits you best.

I try keeping mine at 40%, but 45% would be fine. A little below 40% would be fine. Just try and keep it as even as you can untill day 18. Then I would up it to 55%-60%. Just dont worry too much.

thank you both, at first i heard 60 then i heard that it was too high so i was just confuzed =/ ill keep it at 40 to be safe, i really want it to hatch when i get em
