Help Please!!!

My 6 wk old duckling is making a noise I’ve never heard before. Almost like a choking noise. Has water deep enough to dip head. Please help. It’s scaring me.

not saying this is it but when my duck was about 6 weeks I kept hearing a noise that was like a frog coming from her neck and chest. I found out it was just her quake starting she was developing her voice and has been getting loader every year she is a runner and my kids refer to the noise now like the joker on batman
