Help Please!

My silkie babies are hatching and right now I have 3 out. I had to help one out because it pipped yesterday but hadn't made any progress over night. Now it's out and in a separate brooder that the other two, but it is drying really strangely! Its not getting fuzzy like the others, instead its fuzz is drying extremely hard onto its body. Anything I can do to help it??

you can try using a damp towel to try to loosten it up just dont let the chick get to wet as they will get chills or you can wait it out as its fur grows fast so it will grow off his body and if it is a silkiy you could have one of those "sticky feather" silkies
