Day 20 in the incubator. No progress in 4-6 hours. I’m not sure what to do now. Can anyone offer some advice?

0.o did something happen? Like did the incu get bumped really hard?

Is the baby moving?

If it did this itself somehow, it's pipped the wrong end, and it looks like it's trying to push out without zipping. The blood can be from pipping the wrong end.

Do not assist until after all the other chicks are done hatching.

The chick itself I really can't see that well. Is it covered in goop? I can't tell what's sticking out of the egg.

With blood that fresh this baby isn't ready yet and really needs to be left in the egg.
