Help please

How long has she been doing this?

Can you get a video of her? Upload video to youtube and provide a link.

Is she doing something like eating/drinking, then coughs or is it at random times.
Yes she coughs sounds like a goose honking when she tries to eat it seems I was able to feed her vitamins ok with a dropper yesterday but she has lost weight and I noticed that white looking bumps in her mouth have appeared also this has been going on for a week now and seems to be worsening I'm worried because I lost my rooster recently I'm worried about my whole flock now getting sick this is hard to figure out for me any help I appreciate

Step 1 is to isolate the bird. Dog cage in the kitchen or the garage. Separate her from other birds and also from food you can't control.

You mention you see white bumps inside the beak. Any pictures of that?
Is there a bad rotten odor?
Is there a sour/yeasty odor?

Crop is squishy.

Sour Crop comes to mind but seeing white bumps, it may be Canker. It's really a good idea to try to determine which you are dealing with, so you can start in the right direction with treatment.

She

is drinking water and the fits go on about a minute sounds like a honk 3 or 4 times then she stops and has mouth open to breathe yes its hot here but this started before the heat hit and she was still breathing with mouth open and her voice changed
My hens breathe with their mouth open during the warmer days aswell my best guess as to why would be that like dogs they cool down with their tongue because they don't sweat like us. but with the coughing Have you tried iced water for her or try some Luke-warm water with a bit of honey mixed in to try and sooth the throat? can't say for sure it will work but my chickens love iced water during the warmer days and honey water is supposed to not only be good for overall health but a good soothing agent.
