You mention she has sour crop, what is your indicator of that?
A bad odor?  The way the crop feels?
Swollen eye, with mucous/pus in the eye along with mucous in the nostrils sounds like respiratory disease.  If you are detecting a bad rotten odor, it may be Infectious Coryza.
If that's the case, then you'll want to treat with a Sulfa Antibiotic.  You'll probably have to order that unless you have a vet that can write you a script.

Re-check that crop first thing in the morning before she's had anything to eat/drink, if it's not emptied, then you'll want to address that symptom according to this article.

Are these hens new to you or have you added new birds within the last 30days?
