Help please

Yes I felt her crop it fells squishy like if it was just water

It’s definitely sour crop, one of her eyes are like swollen and has mucus coming out of it along with her nostrils, she still kinda active it’s just her breathing is making alot of gurgle noises

yes I noticed that one of my other hens are doing the same now I’ve separated them but hers is not as bad
You mention she has sour crop, what is your indicator of that?

A bad odor? The way the crop feels?

Swollen eye, with mucous/pus in the eye along with mucous in the nostrils sounds like respiratory disease. If you are detecting a bad rotten odor, it may be Infectious Coryza.
If that's the case, then you'll want to treat with a Sulfa Antibiotic. You'll probably have to order that unless you have a vet that can write you a script. https://jedds.com/products/trimethoprin-sulfa-medpet?_pos=1&_sid=64727046a&_ss=r

Re-check that crop first thing in the morning before she's had anything to eat/drink, if it's not emptied, then you'll want to address that symptom according to this article. https://www.backyardchickens.com/ar...w-to-know-which-one-youre-dealing-with.73607/

Are these hens new to you or have you added new birds within the last 30days?
