Help please

Help/suggestions/guidance needed..... This is Consuela....she's about 3 years old... she started declining a few days ago..she was acting broody, then I noticed she was straining to poo....since then I've been warm soaking, and she started to poo...not normal, her but she has a large hard lump under her vent that isn't subsiding. She did roost to sleep, but we had to get her down this morning. I have checked her vent, it's just is a hard lump....if it's an egg, it's huge! idk what else to do. She isn't lethargic, yet, and I've seen her drinking & eating, though not as much as usual. Thank you in advance for the help.

When you feel the swollen lower abdomen, does it feel really hard or more like a water filled balloon?

Ty for thr reply...it's not water belly, ive dealt with that unfortunately......it's a hard mass.....last egg far as I can tell was about 4-5 days ago.....

What exactly are you feeding all treats included?

It could be a fat pad or laying internally.

What does she weigh?

They eat 17-18% layer pellets and sometimes layer crumble....treats are dried worms ocassionally kale or cabbage(very rarely). We dont give scraps...they free range for a some of the day in our fenced in t
yard.. it's quite hard and almost the size of a baseball.

She wss fairly big eggs...not enormous, at least 3 eggs a week...honestly lost track of who lays what since we got more chickens....BUT hers were usually the largest and since about a month ago they would sometimes have enclosed shells, like a hole in it....never saw a shellless egg from her.
