Day 21 was on friday and nothing has happned what shiuld i do?

Oh my. Are you absolutely positive about the date? These are chicken eggs, right? Umm, how was the humidity--did you crank it up on day 18 and leave the incy closed? I'm very sorry but it sounds like it's too late being 24 days now.......had you candled your eggs at all? Where did you get your eggs? Maybe the eggs were infertile? There are just so many things that can go awry.

If they came in the mail, sometimes if they get x-rayed, it kills the embryos. I'm very sorry......now, don't give up, try again with a new batch of eggs!

well the eggs came from my hen which were fertile. i had acouple pf temp spikes but thats about it i candled on day 18 in or 2 had blood rings the rest looked good.

Just sit on your hands for now

If you still don't have anything happening by day 23 it might be time to take a look, but not yet. You may be off by a day--put them in in the afternoon and counted that as day one, the temp may be off enough to slow them down by a day or so.......just sit on your hands and see what tomorrow brings.

My bad, I completly missed that Friday was day 21 and not today. Sorry about that, back to the coffee pot I go!

That would make today day 25. I would take a look in one for signs of life. If anybody is still alive, they made need help. However, I doubt they are alive. Those temp spikes may have done them in. Also, sometimes they just aren't strong enough to make it. That's nature.
