Whether or not she is eggbound, it would be good to let her have a long swim in lukewarm water. She will probably drink some of the water and the movement and warmth may help loosen up an egg or dry poop.
If you can gently hold her and feel around her belly and tail you may be able to feel a very firm spot if it's an egg. None of mine have eggbound, so I am sharing what I know from the forum and Storey's Guide to Raising Ducks.
