i have a turkey that when broody and she has been sitting on her eggs for two week now and she ate one of her eggs today and i dont know why she eatting them hope some one can help me her eggs will hatch on the 24 of this month

Could have been a bad egg. Dont worry unless it continues. Try keeping lights off of her, that will make her less active. And keep other birds away from her.

Does she ever get out of the nest? She could be hungry, mine get out every once-in-a-while and get fed...

If an egg is infertile or spoiled, the hen will eat it. Hens will also lave her eggs or destroy the nest if they are extremely frightened. Hens do not go 21 days without eating or drinking, but will wait until they think no one is watching. You can try putting food and water nearer to her, but not so close that it draws a crowd to her. Hens prefer solitude and quiet to hatch their chicks, as far from the flock as possible. A rooster will sometimes break eggs to mate with the hen.
