I would just rinse the area with soap and warm water, just pour it over, then rinse well. Then I think I would put some gauze right over the area, with a little oil or Vaseline or antibiotic ointment from the drug store. If you wrap around from the bandage up around the lower back, and go around a few times with tape, the feathers should hold the tape on. Or just keep wrapping.


Then you have time to make a decision.

I don't want the poor thing to suffer anymore. What would u do?? Do u think she is beyond help?? :-(

You should get her vet help.
she deserves that.
