Help please!!!

We have a rescued ex battery hen displaying some odd behaviour! She's always been quite a quiet little hen, but the last 2-3 days we've noticed she keeps falling over and can't seem to get up again, she lets us pick her up, and once back on her feet she's fine, feeding and drinking plenty and just wondering about as usual, anyone any ideas?

I have a lot of friends on a facebook page who have ex batterys, I have some too but have never experienced this. If you want me to, I will post it for you and let you know what they say??
