Is there any thing I can do for a pullet with a skinned neck? She is a NN if that helps.

A lot depends upon how badly skinned it is. Chickens have great recuperative powers. I would apply an antibiotic ointment (without the pain killer additive) and maintain her in an environment where the flies can not get at her. Do you know how she got injured?
