My friend placed 27 chicken eggs in his incubator about 1 hour ago. Is it normal for the temp to still be at 90 degress a hour later i heard the eggs need to absord heat at first. Help

Ok, you want to get that up to (with fan 99-100*) (without fan 100-101)
Humdity 40-50% day 1-18 lockdown 60%

They are ok, just get the temp up! Better lower than higher like mone that spiked at 107

Yes. give it time to warm the eggs up. It'll be fine.

One more thing. its still at 92ish how much longer till it 100?

The question is, did your friend have the temperature stabilized before putting the eggs in? if so, leave the eggs until morning before adjusting, it should stabilize at the same place. If she didn't stabilize first, then I would still wait until morning, then increase very slowly so you don't have a spike.
