I see fowl pox on my birds......how do I deal with that? I need help guys...

For dry fowl pox, you don't really have to do much of anything. Just check them over regularly to make sure none of the pox are getting infected. If you see one getting infected, use a little plain neosporin WITHOUT Pain Relief to stop the infection. Once it runs its course, they will be immune for the rest of their lives.
